RETURN or EXCHANGE
1.FILL OUT THE FORM
Send to the return address with the product (you can attach a handwritten form containing key information).
2. CHECK OUT THE PRODUCTS
Please send us the products unused. Pay attention to odors (e.g. perfume), dirt (e.g. traces of makeup, cream, antiperspirant), material damage.
3. SEND PACKAGE (cost of returning the package on the customer's side).
a) go to the website: https://szybkiezwroty.pl/pl/Latte_Mama and fill out the return shipment pickup order form. It costs 15.00 PLN to send the return, which will be deducted from the amount returned to you.
b) send the package to the address by any carrier.

5. RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Refunds to the account (return of funds to the same account number from which the purchase was made) or replacement of products are usually carried out within 3 working days (up to 14 days according to the terms and conditions).
- The product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
- In the case of an exchange, the cost of re-shipping the goods to the customer is on our side, the customer bears only the cost of returning the goods to the store.
- For overseas orders, we allow you to return the product, but to make an exchange, please send the product back to us and place the order again.
- We will reimburse shipping costs at the rate of the cheapest postage offered by us, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
- If you choose to send your return via the Polish Postal Service - we recommend that you write down the parcel number - this will be the basis for filing a claim if it is lost.
1. SEND MAIL
Send us an email with a description of the product defect and photos, include in the message the date and number of your order. We handle a large part of the complaints electronically without sending the product back.
2. SEND THE PRODUCT BACK
The method and methods of returning products from complaints are the same as for returns and complaints.
3. VERIFICATION AND DISCUSSION
Consideration will take up to 14 days from the date of delivery to our warehouse, and the decision will be sent by email. If the complaint is accepted, the store will repair the defective product or make a replacement, and if these actions cannot be performed, it will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving the defective product from the customer.
